| 2024 - 2025 School Year

Registration is $50 for one child and $75 for a family

Breakfast Club

  • $22 per week M-F
  • $6.25 per day for part-time (minimum of 2 days)
  • $7.25 per day for drop-in


Summer Club 2024

  • $200 per week M-F
  • $55 per day for part time (minimum of 2 days)
  • $60 per day for drop-in. This is on a day that is not normally scheduled and can only take place if we have room.
  • $200 for one child and $300 for a family reservation fee to hold a spot for the fall session




After School Club 2024

$120 per week M-F

$36 part-time (minimum of 2 days)

$42 per day for drop-in. This is on a day that is not normally scheduled and can only take place if we have room. 


Summer Club 2025

  • $240 per week M-F
  • $66 per day for part time (minimum of 2 days)
  • $72 per day for drop-in. This is on a day that is not normally scheduled and can only take place if we have room.
  • $200 for one child and $300 for a family reservation fee to hold a spot for the fall session

We serve 180 school aged children/youths on a daily basis from 5-12 years of age. We are currently full. Once we have any openings, we call from our waiting list. Please provide this important information that  gives us details when placing your family on our one waiting list.

 Once we have an opening, our Executive Director does call to inform the family of our opening and gives them a date to return a call to her to discuss the opening and all other details of ASC.


Note:

If you are unable to afford regular tuition, there are a few options available.
  • Contact Dane County Human Services office to find out if you qualify for assistance.
  • Apply for the June Venden Scholarship fund. Applications available in the office.
